About Ali Flores

Ali Flores is a current full time deputy constable, wife, mother, and soccer coach.

Ali has been a dedicated police officer for over 13 years who holds a Master Peace Officer License and over 3,300 hours of Law Enforcement Training. During her tenure, Ali has worked alongside many diverse professional leaders and has developed many strong working relationships-not only with leaders in her community but also with leaders throughout the State of Texas.

As a police officer, Ali has witnessed many people in their worst moments but has the experience and ability to always demonstrate compassion, empathy, respect, professionalism and leadership-all while enforcing criminal and civil laws.

“I believe there is a time for compassion but there is also a time to be firm.”

Throughout her career in law enforcement, her great work ethic, ambition, faith in God, knowledge, adaptability, and leadership has served her well.

Her ambition for the Precinct 4 Comal County Constable’s Office is to serve and protect the people of Comal County first and foremost. She strongly believes she will successfully serve Comal County by developing and maintaining strong working relationships with fellow agencies and Comal County citizens-this will be the key to everyday success.

Ali is a true advocate of unity and understands that a leader's role is to bring people together, not create division. In addition, she is committed to training the next generation of leaders in her office by encouraging consistent quality law enforcement training, fostering a positive and supportive work environment, and promoting self-improvement.

Ali looks forward to the opportunity to protect, serve and work alongside the citizens of Comal County!
